Downward dog, anyone?
They’re almost 9 months old. You know this wasn’t set up.
(I know approximately two yoga poses. Maybe three. Don’t hate if this is sooooo not downward dog. Blame the babies. It isn’t my mistake – they obviously just aren’t doing it right.)

There’s a median between mat 1 and mat 2. E loves to hang out there on the hard floor because it is the best for banging things/hands against.
She’s pretty much hilariously predictable.
It is sort of downward dog meets child’s pose. Front cutie is downward dog the other two are more child’s pose
All are freaking adorable though
just remember to tell them to focus on their breathing & focus on their core!
