One day short of a year ago, my house was packed with squealing fan girls. Our reason for gathering? The release of Twilight on DVD. Oh, yes. We are grown women. That just means our slumber parties come equipped with amazing food and potent beverages. It’s so much more fun to be an adult and act like a silly teen than it was to be a silly teen.

This year, I’m celebrating the release of New Moon with Rob, just the two of us. It’s insanely anticlimactic compared with last year’s grandeur, but c’est la vie.
