Of course, I also did Day 1, Week 1 of the First Day to 5K program, but I’m not sure what to do about those activity points since I still have plenty of weekly flex points to use. It seems silly to keep the flex points banked to overdo it some other day, but at the same time, does it really matter how I count those points as long as they’re counted?
