WW weigh in day
Down .2 pounds. Sure, it’s a loss, which is good, but .2! Ugh. Curse 155. I’m sick of you!
It’s my own fault, though. I only got on the elliptical three times this week. Shame on me. I did tack on a walk after one of those workouts, though!
In related news, I bought an exercise ball at TJ Maxx the other day. I couldn’t pass up the $7.99 price for the right size and type of ball I’ve seen recommended. I’m going to start with crunches and see if my amazing balance skillz allow me to stay on the ball.
Hey, maybe I’ll become more balanced. That’d be a plus!
