WW weigh in day
Late again.
I’m up 0.2 pounds for the week. I definitely went a little overboard on not-so-good stuff Saturday night and have been trying to flush my system since. I had the points for it, but points don’t really matter sometimes.
On the plus side, I used the elliptical three times last week.
Here we go again. New week, new chances to do well.
