WW weigh in day
157.2! That makes for a three-pound loss this week, which is a great surprise, considering my week began with dinner at Ruby Tuesday. I did my best to choose wisely, but restaurants always seem to bite me in the ass.
Not this week, though.
I confess to not exercising a lick this entire week. I’ve been busy, busy, busy getting ready to host Christmas Eve at our house and also hosting guests for the week (my parents and some friends). But I have made it a point to stay close to my daily-points range each day. I belive the only day I went over by more than one or two was Ruby Tuesday Day.
I think I’m about three or four pounds away from my wedding weight, which is pretty exciting. I’d like to get there by the new year, but seeing as that is next week, and Christmas Eve and Christmas stand in my way, I’m not holding my breath.
My eating plans for the holiday? Well, the two-day holiday? Enjoy myself. I’m planning to eat well for breakfast and lunch and to eat as light in points as I can for those two (four?) meals so I can enjoy the dinner foods. As for the dinner foods, I’m just going to be smart about the quantity of good food I enjoy. I’m going for quality, not quantity.
That’s the plan, at least.
