Jessica was kind enough to launch an across-the-USA-tour of an Advance Reader Copy she snagged of “Will Grayson, Will Grayson” by John Green and David Levithan. I was stop No. 7 as the book makes its way from west to east. The book doesn’t hit the store shelves until next month, and I failed miserably at my attempts to win my own ARC, so I am truly thankful to have been able to participate in Jessica’s ARC tour.

I went to bed last night and totally forgot to post this. My apologies, fair readers!
I was sad to inform our new friend Monkey that I am not a talented-enough surgeon to save an arm that is hanging on by two threads. I’m sorry for sacrificing you to a savage, Monkey.
In case you aren’t keeping count, this photo was taken last night, on Monkey’s third day in our house.
You didn’t know I moonlight as a surgeon, did you? This is Monkey’s second day in our home and his fourth surgery.
Poor, poor Monkey. Gummy bears aren’t the only endangered toys in our house.
Cloudy days, sweeping the sun away
That’s apparently a big snow clouds rolling into SW North Carolina tonight. I’ll believe it when I see it.
My living room floor and the sun teamed up to tell me they’re happy I washed the floors yesterday.
