How freaking pumped am I for the New Kids on the Block comeback? YES, I’m that much of a goober. I loved them back in the day, and I love their new single, Summertime.
And the guys are just cracking me up left and right. It’s semi-ridiculous to see them busting out the old dance moves, but they’re also laughing at themselves, so it brings the ridiculous level back down.
Plus, they say funny things like this, copied from their MySpace profile:
“We’re still young, we’re still hot,” McIntryre answers with a laugh. “Our fans are between 25 and 35 now because they were really young then. They’re still very attractive — and very legal. So it’s going to be a girls night out. I know my wife’s going to be there every step of the way, but it’s still going to be fun.”
