154.4! That means I can finally kiss 10 pounds goodbye since I started following WW.

I was telling Rob yesterday that, while I’d be happier to have lost more in this 22-week period, I’ve found the bright side to it being so (so, so) gradual: The longer you do something, the more it becomes habit.

I’m not on some crash diet that’s going to melt the fat away in a few short weeks. Those only set you up for gaining it all back plus some once you return to “normal” life.

But with this, my eating and exercise has become my normal life. And because of that, I’m confident that I’ve truly kissed those 10 pounds goodbye for good.
