Last night/this morning ended Daylight Savings Time, so we got to “fall back” and enjoy an extra hour of sleep.

Except you can’t really enjoy an extra hour of sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night, realize you didn’t set your clock back, get up to do so so you’re not late (early?) for church tomorrow, can’t figure out the clock in the dark/sleepiness of being half awake, turn on the TV, wake your mind up to concentrate on this seemingly impossible task, then stay awake trying really hard to fall back asleep for AN HOUR.

Yes, I spent my free extra hour of sleep awake and trying desperately to sleep. Isn’t that soooo awesome?
