This is Day 21 of the work schedule from hell. The good news? I had two consecutive days off this week. The bad news? I got sick during the afternoon of the first day and spent most of the second day feeling like hell. So while they were days away from work, they were not enjoyable.
At least I went out earlier on that first day and got my Christmas shopping for Rob done.
There was talk about taking one day off this weekend, but instead we are working through the weekend in hopes that we have enough done to take Christmas and the day after off.
Ho ho ho.
